Fuente de Los Morales is a small, eco-friendly holiday complex in the mountains of Andalusia.
Three apartments and three bungalows, designed for groups organising personal-development, sports and team-building retreats — and for anyone looking for an exceptional place to rest.
Our project grows out of the conviction that two seemingly contradictory worlds can be brought together: here, the wildness of the Andalusian mountains meets carefully considered comfort. It is a place where the four elements – earth, water, air and fire – coexist in harmony, creating space for regeneration on every level. A spa for body, soul and mind.

Every solution – from photovoltaic panels to biological wastewater treatment and energy-saving systems – has been chosen so that our guests’ stay leaves the smallest possible mark on the environment.

Business model
At the heart of the project lies an innovative business model – the CampApart system.
By purchasing a unit, investors gain not only a return on capital from the rented units, but also access to a place they will want to return to. It is an investment that combines financial rationality with the pleasure of owning an enclave in the Andalusian mountains.
