The Project
The project involves building a tourism complex that fits naturally into the existing landscape of Güéjar Sierra – Sierra Nevada.
To achieve this, a whole series of environmental impact studies had to be carried out, covering water management, night-light impact, noise generation levels, an archaeological survey and much more.
We make use of the cascading terrain and the existing vegetation – olive and almond groves, a citrus orchard – creating a space that does not impose itself on nature, but works with it.
The property is fully autonomous and eco-friendly. Every solution has been chosen to minimise environmental impact while maintaining the highest comfort for guests.

Units A
A modern, two-storey building comprising three separate units:

Units B
Three permanent-structure houses of 30 m², positioned to echo the shape of Orion’s Belt.
B1/B2/B3: 30m2
Modern solutions combined with traditional construction fit perfectly into the landscape, complementing it. Every bungalow has:
- A spacious terrace
- Large terrace windows framing unforgettable views
- A parking space with access to a free electric vehicle charger
- Access to the resort’s shared zone
- Full furnishing and equipment
All units are fully autonomous, equipped with:
- Drinking water tanks (AP1 – 5,000 litres for building A, AP2 – 1,500 litres for each bungalow)
- Water filters
- Viessmann warm-air heat pumps
- Photovoltaic systems (16 kW for building A, 3 kW for each bungalow)
- Biological wastewater treatment plants
- Energy-saving systems.

Garden of harmony
2000m2
An area of 2,000 m² designed as a “walking loop”. The route begins at the main car park, leads through the citrus orchard, then descends via a serpentine path to the almond and cherry trees, the stream, and small clearings with benches for meditation and contemplation. The design includes footbridges and a bamboo fountain. The path leads on to the Relax & SPA zone.
Relax & SPA zone
1200m2
An area of approximately 1,200 m², laid out as a terrace running through the middle of the resort. The zone includes:
- Swimming pool — with a pressure water filtration system and a 2-metre-high waterfall feature;
- Poolside canopy – a workshop and recreation space;
- East terrace – a zone for meditation and movement exercises;
- West section – a zone for relaxation and stargazing;
- Sauna;
- Normobaric chamber;
- Kozyrev mirror;
- Outdoor gym;
- “BEMER” medical microcirculation stimulation devices
- Natural astronomical observatory.
Together these form the so-called “shared zone”. It is characterised both by easy access from all units and by a sense of separation that guarantees guests their peace. Its unique design and setting will make it the only attraction of its kind in the region.
App
An integral part of the project is a mobile app providing easy, friendly communication and service across the resort, as well as quick access to external services.
Once installed, every visitor will be able to:
- Book a stay;
- Report faults;
- Request services (cleaning, linen change, toilet paper restocking);
- Request transport, airport transfers and shopping;
- Purchase services from external providers (excursions, sports and recreational activities, massages, hairdresser, restaurant reservations);
- Buy tickets (flights, buses, Sierra Nevada, the Science Park, etc.);
- Use discounts and promotions from local suppliers and service providers;
- Access resident support services.
The app will be available in multiple languages.
The app will also include a dedicated administrative module allowing the property administrator to manage the entire resort, as well as an owner module giving direct insight into settlements, correspondence and other exchanges with the property administrator. Importantly, the app will also be made available free of charge to other accommodation providers in the region (hotels, guesthouses, private lettings, service providers), in order to raise the standard of all tourism services in the town — which will further support the development of both the town and the region.
